Who does top the list? Ohio, followed by Washington, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Colorado, North Dakota, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, and Mississippi. The least dangerous state to drive is New Jersey, which surprised us as well. Factors that went into determining how dangerous a state is include the percentage of drivers who are on the road without insurance, the percentage of drivers who’d already been in at least one at-fault accident, and the percentage of people who have been convicted of DUI or DWI. Other factors, such as inclement weather conditions and the absence of anti-distracted driving laws were also considered.
What Types of Car Accidents Are Most Common in Massachusetts?
