Total Care Accident Repair employs I-Car Platinum Level technicians. What exactly does that mean?
I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs. Gold is one level of recognition that indicates our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle. Platinum is a higher level and that’s the level of most of our technicians.
Total Care Accident Repair requires each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques.
In fact, Total Care Accident Repair is among only 10 percent of collision repair businesses to achieve at least a Gold Class status, whereas shops that are not Gold Class may train minimally or not at all. Gold Class shops are trained on how to fix your vehicle right; on what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced; and on how to see hidden damage you may not see.
