They did a great job on my truck!

We honestly cannot say enough about Total Care Accident Repair. Heartfelt thanks to Janice, Brett & Evelyn the tow truck operator that arrived on scene! They were all very knowledgeable and compassionate, on a tough morning. They walked us through the entire process, dealt with the insurance company, and answered all our questions, and kept us updated. The vehicle now looks and drives like new again. Simple the best in the business.

Very helpful in handling the communication and coordination with the insurance and rental car, as well as keeping me up to date with any updates and the time frame. My car was repaired and looks as it did prior to the accident.

I couldn’t be happier with the repairs from Total Care my car came back to me about as clean as when I bought it with their mini detail they offer. Brian was in contact with me with updates throughout the process and made everything seamless. Amazing service from start to finish. Brian and the team at Total Care explained in detail every step of the way what was going on. I had never been in an accident before so I had no idea how things went. Everyone was always so nice in explaining things so I understood what was/would happen. They coordinated directly with the insurance company and even sorted rental pick up and drop off to make it that much more convenient. Unfortunately my insurance claimed it as a total loss so the car was never repaired but I believe it would have looked amazing and I would take my car back there for body work.
