The body work done on my car came out excellent and the car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up! The whole process was very easy and the people are all exceptional! Mastria recommended a Mazda certified collision repair center. I was thrilled with the work Total Care performed to my new Mazda CX50. Customer service, certified technicians and a lifetime warranty all contributed to a great experience. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but Total Care made my repair easy.

I brought my car in because I had been hit by someone else. My neighbor referred me. From the moment I made the phone call to all the way through getting my car back, they were open and very communicative. I got text updates. I got phone calls. I picked up my rental car right there. We had problems with the other insurance company paying for the work and they handled everything. I hope I don’t have to see them again, but I would highly recommend them. The people there are awesome thank you Brian and Janice!!!

So I had my first accident, and I did not know how things worked. I went to my dealer, Mastria Mazda. They sent me to here, total care. The staff was so polite and professional. They explained evry detail and gave me phone calls with updates. If anyone asked me, I will send there here! Outstanding service!!

Car looks good as new

My car had been involved in a hit and run in a parking lot and they fixed the damage so well you can't tell it was hit.

They were great start to finish ,very cooperative, and responsive to my questions and needs, I would HIGHLY recommend them too any and all. Thank you Total Care. 😊

Every bit of the experience was smooth and easy. From the initial appraisal to the finished product. You came recommended from the dealership and the insurance claims adjuster said I would not be disappointed “a little pricey compared to other places but they do great work”. I as not unhappy with the cost I think it was reasonable. Everyone was great to deal with. Pleasant, kind employees

My car was rear-ended with minor scratches but the rear bumper had to be replaced due to the motion sensors, so I brought my car here, they coordinated everything with the Geico adjuster directly, and even had Enterprise bring the rental car right to their shop for me so I didn’t have to make separate arrangements. I’ve used them twice in the past two years for unrelated incidents (not my fault lol) and they have been incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and overly communicative throughout the entire process. A lot of people may feel scared or anxious about repairs and claims assistance after a collision, but Geico handled everything with these folks directly on the repairs and I couldn’t have had a happier service repair experience. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside before returning to me. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with Total Care Auto Repair. They took really good care of my car and did an excellent job with the repairs. The team was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looks much better now, and I’m very satisfied with the service. If I ever need a body shop again, I'm going back to Total Care ( I hope I don't, but if!) . Communication was good, the office staff was awesome to deal with. I might just stop by once a week to say hi lol.
