Accident are always a negative situation to be in from police reports to dealing with insurance and everything else that comes with it...from the very first phone call with total care accident repair I felt the compassion and dedication to do right by the customer and make sure every interaction was pleasant and as smooth as possible. They paid attention to the details and did a very thorough tear down of my vehicle to ascertain the amount of damage done and what was needed to fix my vehicle. They coordinated efforts with insurance on my behalf when it came to getting what my vehicle needed. When my bronco was finished and waiting for me to pick it up, it was detailed and looked brand new. I would even go as far to say it drives better than it did before. A big thank you to the whole team there at Total Care Accident Repair. Great job!

They restored my BRZ to factory condition. Excellent paint matching and attention to detail. The shop is nice and clean and so was my car when I received it.

Total care accident repair shop in Raynham was incredible to work with. They kept me informed constantly about costs, repairs, and anything else pertaining to fixing my car. They worked well with my insurance company and the appraisers. They told me approximately how long it was going to take to fix my car and when I could expect to have it back. I actually had it back three days before they had figured, so that was a definite plus. Working with Brian was a pleasure. He made, what to me was a horrible experience, easy. I recommend them highly.

They helped me with everything even talking to my insurance for me and handled everything I need to get done on my car. Hopefully won’t have to go back but I’d go back if I had too.

This place is amazing. They made my car look brand new after someone had hit it carelessly. Couldn’t even tell that anything that happened to it after I got it back. The staff was very informative and friendly. They kept in constant contact with me. I could not recommend this place more if you need a good place to take your vehicle to!

I didn’t have to worry about anything with Total Care, they broke down costs, called the rental car company and dealt with insurance. I dropped my car off, picked it up and they took care of the rest.

I highly recommend! Brian made this process so easy. My Durango went in for a repair from a car accident but ended up being totaled. The insurance company offered me “x” and when I told Brian he had me covered! After pulling comps in the area and even printing them out for me…. I was able to show that to my insurance company. With that they gave me WAY more than the initial offer. From helping me with a rental car to helping me with the insurance company this place does it all. I appreciate the time they took to help me through this process.
