Very happy with how my car came out. Everyone was super helpful throughout the process. They do a great job of getting the best parts and you can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut any corners.

Man, Total Care was wonderful. They handled all of my insurance questions; and whatever happens behind the scenes between the body shop and the insurance company was taken care of without me having to worry. Everybody who I spoke to was warm and friendly, and they kept me informed about the timeline of the car's repair. I have a new(ish) Mazda, and they were able to repair/replace/repaint every part so well that I can't tell a difference from when it rolled off the lot. Thanks y'all!

On two occasions, I was rear-ended. Both times, Total Care far exceeded my expectations for organization, communication, professionalism, knowledge of the problems, repairs and networking. They dealt 100% with the tow company, the insurance company, the car rental and more. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. It was an insurance job so I didn't have to pay out of pocket so I can't rate to cost but I'm sure it was accurate and fair.

Total Care Accident repair is a first class shop. They were meticulous in their workmanship and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They took care of the paperwork and handled arrangements for a rental car to be delivered when I dropped of my car. The staff is very friendly. I give then a 5 out of 5.

I took my vehicle for repair at Total Care Accident Repair (TCAR) in Raynham and found their customer service and workmanship to be outstanding. They arranged for a rental vehicle, kept me 100% informed of the repair progress, and were able to finish the work a little bit ahead of schedule. I needed body repair to my car after a deer hit me and the whole staff at total care were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. They did a wonderful job on my baby.

My Nissan Rogue was rear-ended while I was stopped at a red light. I was recommended Total Care Accident shop, not knowing anything about them, but their reviews spoke for themselves! The staff is very kind and was able to match the labor rates that my insurance pays so I did not owe any extra money. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was very impressed when I picked up my car. It looks brand new and you would never even know It was hit!! They also did an exceptional job detailing it before I picked it up; something I was not expecting! If God forbid I’m involved in another car accident, I will definitely be a return customer! Highly recommend!!

Staff was very pleasant, I was working with Nico, and he really took care of me, this dude deserves a raise! I put my 2017 Toyota Tacoma in there after I hit a deer and the thing came out looking flawless, he did everything that he said he was going to do and more. My car came out of the shop, completely detailed inside and out with tire shine on looking flawless. 10/10 recommend
